PERFORMANCES & NOTABLE EXPERIENCES
PERFORMANCES & NOTABLE EXPERIENCES
Christmas Eve Mass
I was invited to perform during Christmas Eve Mass by the church’s music director, who is also the chorus teacher at my high school. I played a violin and piano duet of “Silent Night” with him, followed by a second piece accompanying the chorus as they sang. This performance did not include a solo, but it was a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the music of the service.
Local Food Pantry Distribution
Since January 2024, I have been volunteering monthly at a local food pantry, helping during their regular distribution days. When the organizers learned I play violin, they invited me to do a trial performance during the December holiday distribution. There was a lot of positive feedback and there’s now interest in having me play regularly during future distributions.
Third Annual Jefferson Winter Stroll
A weekend‑long community celebration held each December at Camp Jefferson, featuring holiday lights, local vendors, and live entertainment. I performed violin music for the duration of the event in “The North Pole” area, playing for families waiting to get their photos taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus. This year, the organizers invited me back independently, and I played from opening to closing on both days.

Jefferson Township Middle School - GATEways Legacy Night
GATEways is our middle school’s gifted and talented program, and Legacy Night is a special event dedicated to the 8th‑grade students as their final celebration before high school. Each student presents something meaningful to them, and Trevor chose to perform Lindsey Stirling’s Greatest Showman Medley after speaking about why the piece resonated with him and how it reflected his growth throughout middle school.
Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) Student of the Month End of Year Concert
This was my first major performance in front of an audience who didn’t know me at all, which made the experience both exciting and unforgettable.
Jefferson Township Middle School - Showcase Talent Show
I wanted to end middle school with a bang, and since I was the final performance of the night, it really felt like it. I wrote and arranged my own piece, A Classic Medley, mixing Beethoven with some of my favorite rock songs. While I used to be terrified for people to hear me play, by this point in my life, getting up in front of a full house to perform is awesome. I love the rush and the ability to bring joy to so many people through my performances.

Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) Student of the Month - Vitamin String Quartet Concert
I was honored as MPAC’s Student of the Month for Outstanding Strings Players and recognized on stage during a Vitamin String Quartet concert. I received two complimentary tickets to the show and had the chance to meet the members of VSQ afterward, which made the night even more memorable. If you ever have the chance to see them in concert, I highly recommend it; they put on an incredible show.

Second Annual Jefferson Winter Stroll
A weekend‑long community celebration at Camp Jefferson. I originally signed up for two‑hour performance slots through the school band, but the event coordinator encouraged me to stay as long as I wished. I ended up performing for several hours each day in “The North Pole” area, sharing Christmas music with families waiting to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus.
